You Think Systematic Theology is Stale or Boring? . . .

January 26, 2007

Check this out from page 251 of Robert Culver’s “Systematic Theology.”

“It is important that the superlative ‘very good’ was pronounced upon the created world only after mankind was created (Gen. 1:31). The supreme goodness and beauty in the mind and Person of the Creator when He created mankind are mirrored (a word often used by theologians in this connection) in the human body. I am certain brides and grooms through the ages would all agree that the human body, male and female, is the highest of earthly beauties. Romantic verse, crude or elegant, supports the allegation.”

This is the third time I am telling you! Buy this book and read it!

No way. Not a chance. It took me a month to get this one. But, you can borrow it. I charge 10 rand a page to read it. And you can’t take it out of my office. And I requre a 100 rand deposit. That’s all I require. For now.
